EXCHANGES + RETURNS

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present.

For EXCHANGES, please send an email to hello@thenomadwatch.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, the reason for the exchange along with the item(s) you wish to exchange it for. We will confirm item(s) availability before processing the request. 

Customers will be responsible for all Express shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. 

THE NOMAD WATCH must receive the product in the original packaging via Express Post and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

For REFUNDS, all faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. Refunds may be granted for faults with watch mechanism or mechanics. THE NOMAD WATCH must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

If you are requesting a refund we will credit your nominated bank account. 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults do not include cracked or broken glass or marks and/or damage to the leather band. Please see the Care Instructions on the website for further information.
